Andrew Firminhac

Andrew (AJ) joined Equitable Advisors in 2023 as a Financial Professional. After working a few years in their Milwaukee office, he moved back to his hometown Stevens Point in 2026 joining Roman, Roman and Associates. AJ works as a holistic financial professional educating people and businesses, while providing customized financial strategies to help them achieve their financial goals.

AJ graduated from University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire with a double major in finance and economics, while also playing football for the university. AJ grew up in the Stevens Point area and had a front row seat to the financial industry as his father worked 20 plus years in banking/finance. This helped him gain an appreciation for the importance and value a good financial plan brings to someone’s life. In his free time, AJ enjoys outdoor activities such as fishing, hunting, and golf, and helps coach high school football. AJ aims to utilize the unique skills and knowledge he has learned to help as many people or businesses as possible.

AJ holds his FINRA series 7 and 66 registrations, and WI Accident & Health, Life and Variable licenses. He is already licensed and helps clients in multiple different states in his young career.
